Bought this e-reader and a protective case (separately) directly from PocketBook, and it was great.
Then..
It fell literally about 12 inches of the corner of my bed and the screen broke, even with the 29$ so called 'protective' case. While I understand these things do need to be handled with care, but to break from a simple fall of a foot, all while clad in a protective case?! That's not reasonable. PocketBooks warrant page indicates that I'm not qualified for replacement, so I called a local repair person, they said it would cost 70$ to replace the screen, and that I should probably just buy a new one.
Idk about PocketBooks other products, but this particular e-reader at least is absolute junk.
Giving it 1 star, because while it lasted I actually enjoyed the product.
